As a mom of 3 I know how hard it can be to find time for yourself. I understand that it can be distracting and difficult to start and let alone finish a workout! While there are many distractions and even sometimes safety hazards LOL while working out around children, the good outweighs the bad. I am here to encourage you, motivate and inspire you that if I can do it, you can too can do it!
Tip 1: Don't take yourself to seriously
Tip 2: Always practice safety first!
Tip 3: If interrupted just keep moving and pick up where you left off; enjoy the longer rest break! :)
Tip 4: If is is safe let them join in on the fun :)
Tip 5: Remember you are leading by example and when they see you take care of yourself they will want to take care of themselves too!
