About Me


Hi! My name is Heather Oliver! Thanks for stopping by! I am passionate about fitness and helping others build their health from the inside out. I want to help you create more self confidence, more inner strength and a healthy and balanced life that is easy to maintain!





Professionally I am Certified Personal Trainer with ACTION and have been certified with NASM as well. I have a certificate in Online Training and a certificate in Explosive Lifting For Sports. I have always enjoyed being active from the age of 3 doing Mousercises to my 20's playing lacrosse in college to now at 36 enjoying teaching and motivating others in their fitness journey! I also have a BA in Psychology.



I am also a wife, a home school mom of 3 beautiful children, a daughter, sister and a friend!

I love a good adventure! My dream is to hike the entire Appalachian Trail one day.

I love to bake. I have an amazing Banana Bread recipe I can share!

My favorite song is the original "I Think We're Alone Now" I will sing every word as loud as I can, even though I can't sing for the life of me!

I believe with God all things are possible!
and I believe that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and they are worthy of good food, good exercises and good rest!

Here are the 4 pillars I believe that together build a strong foundation that will help  you create and maintain a balanced and healthy life while full of self confidence and inner strength!

1. Your Mindset or Your Belief System about yourself - You must become aware of your thought patterns, do you make excuses? Do you build yourself up or tear yourself down? What are the thoughts running through your head?
2. Motivation and Support - People can either influence us positively or negatively...it matters who we put ourselves around. 
3. Proper Workout Model - There is a scientific method proven to not only get you results but to help make sure your body is functioning effectively and efficiently at its optimum level  - This is called the OPT model which I use when creating workouts. 
4. Clean Eating Meal Plan - God has created plenty of healthy foods for us to eat. The goal is to focus on eating more natural foods and less processed foods.

When you partner with me I will come along side of you and help you in each of these areas of your life helping you create a life that is full, balanced and healthy!

Together, with these four principles and with the power of God the results will be amazing! I can guarantee you, if you make God the center of your health and fitness journey you will get the results you are looking for!
