5 Booty Moves to Lift and Strengthen




Here is a quick booty workout that will get the heart rate up and will strengthen and lift that booty! Perform all 5 exercises one after the other to complete the set, then repeat the set 2-3x.

Exercises:
1. Butt Lifts 20x/leg or 20x/both legs at the same time
2. Dancer Hip Bridges 20x
3. Sumo Squat Pulse 3x = 1 move 20x
4. Jump Squat with Lateral Leg Lift 10x/leg 20 total
5. Single Leg Hops 20x/leg
